Yes, a few hours ago, NASA announced that Mars has a liquid water is currently taking place on its slopes every autumn!
Discovered water on Mars is not like water, which we know it on the planet, but is salt water consisting of salts of perchlorates; allowing the flow of those "water" in the atmosphere of Mars frozen.
